We made several different pizzas to appease everyone's taste buds. One pizza in particular was unique and delicious and worth sharing - Italian Poor Boy Venison pizza.
ITALIAN POOR BOY VENISON PIZZA
I'm not much of a fan of store bought pizza dough and was short on time, so making my own wasn't an option. There is a good pizza parlor down the road from my house that sells pizza dough blanks, so I purchased dough from them. Below are the steps and ingredients used to make this pizza. You can easily make pulled Italian Venison in a crock-pot if you're processor doesn't offer venison poor boy.
INGREDIENTS
Pizza Dough
Marinara Sauce (add Italian seasoning)
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
Sliced Mushrooms
Fresh Mozzarella
Shredded Mozzarella
Italian Venison (just like Italian beef)
Giardiniera peppers
